PTE少儿英语考试
PTE少儿英语测试（PTE Young Learners），简称培生PTE-YL考试，是由英国最大的考试局爱德斯Edexcel提供的英语能力等级考试，全面考察6-13岁儿童的听说读写思想能力，对青少年使用的英语交流能力进行评估，更重视真实生活的情境语言交际，而不是英语只是和词汇。其测评设计更符合孩子的心理发展，也能检验考生真实的英语水平。
PTE少儿英语考试2级
PTE少儿英语考试分为四个等级，分别是预备-FirstWords, 起步-Springboard, 进步-Quickmarch, 突破-Breakthrough。每一个级别的测评都会考查考生的英语听、说、读、写四项技能，分为笔试和口试两个部分，不同等级考试时间不同。
其中PTE少儿英语2级又叫起步Springboard，笔试60分钟，口试20分钟。笔试题目考查考生听力、阅读和写作三项能力，口语测试则3-5位考生一组由考官组织进行棋盘游戏来评分。
PTE少儿英语2级考试题型：

PTE-YL2级Springboard对标CEFR Level的A1等级，难度相比1级预备FirstWords有所提升，要求考生自行书写的部分逐渐增加，但是为了让考生平缓过渡，相应的话题和题型还是与1级有小部分的重叠。
Springboard的笔试部分不仅包含1级FirstWords的话题和知识点，并且会在其基础上有所延申，难度也适度上升。2级口语测试形式则与1级一致，同样是棋盘游戏（Board Game）和简短交流（Short Talk），考查的话题会更宽泛，难度也会更高。
